• You need a High Speed access to the Internet, a router with several ports (one for each phone) and a phone adapter. The modem (to access the Internet) usually is supplied the your ISP (Internet Service Provider).
  
  -The cost of the Internet access varies from country to country, but usually it ranges from 30 to 50 dollars per month.
  
  -The router can be supplied by us for a price of $39 (5 ports included). If you install from 5 to 10 cabins, you will need to routers.
  
  -Phone adapters are supplied by MundiaTel for $75 each. This is the only item you have to buy from us, because each phone adapter comes pre-programmed to work only in your Call Shop. Anything else, you can buy wherever you want.

• Finally, you need basic computer knowledge, because all the operations will be done using the computer.
